35-year-old HOA president ends up getting voted out, so she moves and sells her house for a loss, gets replaced by beloved elderly man: ‘They laughed and she was removed.’

Everyone in this happy community had high hopes for this newly appointed HOA president. She was only 35 and friendly with everyone. Unfortunately, she quickly proved them all wrong. She immediately went power hungry and decided to ban any Halloween celebrations in the neighborhood. Everyone was so upset about it, a meeting was called. In this meeting she was voted out of her position of power. She went crazy and said that they couldn't do that and she threatened to call the cops. So they told her to do just that. 

 

The cops came and laughed at her because seriously, what? Everything was done by the book and she was the one trying to become an HOA-dictator. Luckily, a new HOA president was voted in and brought back peace.

  • Everything was chill. no one ever got a notice or warning. The HOA meeting consisted of him stating "Anyone have any questions? no? ok lets eat" and we all had Cracker Barrel that he paid for.
